The story

I am a committee in convocation festival and is under welfare department under a new friend of mine. But then, we are now going to the office to do the preparation for the festival everyday during office hour but he din even once appears before me but once in a while in a week. Attendance for a week for him is about 3 HOUR and this fucking idiots is getting absurd as he is pushing all his works to us and pretend not to hear and receive any new task from seniors.We have to do all the work and at last when the job undone, we are the one who get reprimand but he escape freely... Then while asking him to think of some ideas for the program my department organize, he just say "I'm busy, you all think then" What is this means? He doesn't wanted to contribute his minute little time for the easy job..
